Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2014
I thought this was a good basic recipe. I am a cook that grows fresh herbs and always modify a recipe from this. Cumin, fresh garlic and fresh cilantro was a need, and I also used some spiced up tomatoes as well. Loved it, Oh and used the tostidos with lime. YUMMO!

Roast Potatoes

Try using fresh Rosemary and Olive Oil instead of vegetable oil. Much better for you. Loved cooking this with baby back ribs and a fresh garden salad. Potatoes, Rosemary and Lettuces from my garden!

Homemade Vegetable Juice Cocktail

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
This recipe is really awsome. I grow everything even the beets and garlic. One thing I did different was add the beet juice that I had used for the beets I cooked for dinner and and used less water. I also added less sugar . I also added some cumin and fresh parsley. I used my food processor, the bullet and my sieve, to get the right constistensy. I also 1/2 the recipe and used more carrots. I made 5 quarts of this recipe and posted a picture too. Its a great recipe. Will make more in a couple of days. Thanks for posting this.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
Ok. I really used this as a base recipe, because I love my fresh herbs and vegetables. So I grow my own eggplant and can my own tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. I used both of those, and threw in some home grown marjoram and oregano. Then I topped it with fresh basil. My husband said it tasted like a true italian dish. He Loved It.

Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
I make artisan pizza and flatbead ahead of time and keep in my refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to make pizza. This dough is very good in comparison. And I love how quick it was to make. I knew to add more flour right away, and used almost 1/12 more cups. I used fresh mozz. and asiago cheese, fresh mushrooms and pepperoni. I also noticed that this a good crust to stuff with cheese if you want. Thanks so much for posting!

It was great! And I needed something quick because I was making chicken enchiladas and I did not want to go to the store. Thanks for posting
