Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough
I made the recipe as stated and used it for the "Chicken Garlic Pizza" recipe from this site. Personally, I liked it. However, my hubby and kids did not. They said it was too dry. My husband's exact words were "it takes the joy out of pizza." Keep in mind that I've just recently begun incorporating healthier foods into our diet...we're used to eating more processed foods. Maybe I'll look for a some kind of a "hybrid" crust.

Pineapple Pork Chops
I have a hard time getting my family to eat pork chops, but they loved them prepared this way. I took others' suggestions and cut down the soy sauce to 1 1/2 Tbs. and used crushed pineapple instead of pineapple juice. Next time I think I will cut the pork into pieces ahead of time and make it more like a stir fry.

Ham and Chicken Casserole
Unfortunately this will not be a repeat recipe for our family. I followed some of the other raters' suggestions (adding more noodles, sauce), but the sauce seemed to be too thick and pasty for our liking.
