Chicken Enchiladas I
Made just a few changes. No water and topped with enchilada sauce instead of salsa. I didn't use the oregano or parsley and used a 1/2 can of green chiles. Would probably use less onions next time. Everyone in the family loved it and said it was a definite keeper!
