Capers and Halibut
I don't care for halibut, I like fishy fish, but this recipe changed my mind. I cut the butter and capers back by a tbsp, increased the minced garlic to a tbsp and shook a little lemon pepper/salt on the halibut before returning to the pan. I totally forgot to add the caper liquid! Can't wait to make again and share with my husband.
