Basic Crepes

Yummy. Used this in a savory recipe and cooked it on a Icelandic pancake pan. Will use this recipe again!

Crepes with Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Filling

Pretty good filling. Added a little Tillamook cheddar. The lemon sauce didn't work for me; maybe half the lemon next time. I think a bernaise or hollandaise sauce (something creamy) may work better. Overall, good recipe.

Old Fashioned Coconut Drops

Been looking for a gooey coconut cookie for a while and this is the one. Substituted dried cranberries for the raisins and added much less cinnamon(1/2 tsp). They turned out great!
