Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2015
This is a great recipe. There is only my wife and myself so I cut the recipe in half. Followed it to the letter. In my oven the chicken was done in 4 hours. The next time I make this I'll adjust the time. After I rubbed the seasonings inside and out I placed the chicken in a zip lock 1 gallon plastic bag and kept in in the fridge overnight, the flavors were great. I will definitely make chicken this way again. I served it with fresh cooked broccoli with a cheese sauce.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2015
I've been baking beef roasts like this for 40 plus years, nothing new here. Mostly in a roasting pan in the oven. I use only one can of cream of mushroom soup and add chunked carrots and potatoes, that makes a one dish meal. I also use this gravy mixture when making a meatloaf, served with whipped potatoes and vegetable.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2015
Sorry, I didn't like this recipe, too much citrus flavor for me. Maybe I marinated it too long. I won't make it again.

Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
We thought it was good. With my crock-pot it was done in 4 hours. HOWEVER...I am a bratwurst purist, being from Wisconsin (in Arizona now)the only way to cook JOHNSONVILLE BRATS is to boil them in beer for about 20-25 minutes and then grill them until they are browned and crisp. Contrary to what some people say you do NOT prick them with a toothpick or fork first. I will make this again, but I'll use different sausages.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

My wife and I liked this recipe very much. Will definately make it again. I marinated the chicken overnight, it had a very bold flavor, and that's what we like. Happy Grilling!! David

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

Reviewed: May 23, 2007
This recipe is excellent. The only thing I did different is that I didn't add the chopped onion. I figured the onion soup mix would be plenty, and for our taste it was. David

Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
My wife and I enjoyed this recipe very much. I Alternated red, yellow and green pepper, along with the rest of the ingredients. When I make this recipe again I will use low sodium soy sauce because it isn't in my working schedule to marinade 1 to 4 hours, I marinated the meat with regular soy sauce overnight and it was quite salty.

Dijonnaise Chicken

My wife and I liked this recipe very much. I mixed 2 tablespoons of Miracle Whip, and 2 tablespoons of Spicy Brown Mustard for the blend and it turned out great. As far as we are concerned, this recipe is a keeper!

Microwave Chicken Parmesan/Chicken Breast Cacciato

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
I cooked only two chicken breasts. I didn't have cornflakes when I made this, so I used crushed potato chips instead, and it turned out very good. I will be making this recipe again, and when I do I will double the sauce.

Ham and Corn Bake - Easy and Yummy!

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2007
This recipe was way too salty. When I first saw that it called fot 2 tablespoons of garlic salt, I thought it was a bit much. I will probably make this recipe again, but i will omit salt altogether, and use a little garlic powder. This recipe definately has potential.

Best Ever Saucy Beef Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
This recipe is a kepper! I made it today for the first time. I did cut the recipe in half because there are only two of us. Other than that I followed the recipe to the letter and my wife and I loved it. Thanks Debbie Tabor. David
