Spinach Tomato Tortellini
Yummy base recipe but I like many other reviewers changed it up a bit. Used a 25 oz bag of cheese ravioli, 3 mild sausages, 9 oz box of frozen chopped spinach & all milk. Really enjoyed & I'll be making it again. :)

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli
Delicious! I didn't use navy beans just 1 can of cannellini, omitted the salt & used chicken broth instead of water. I also cut the pasta down to a half pound, I think 1 pound would be too much.

Fluffy Pancakes
Absolutely delicious! I doubled the recipe, let the milk sour for 15 minutes & added 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the egg/milk/butter mixture. Remember when mixing to mix gently and only mix till all the flour is mixed in. The batter will look lumpy but don't worry. :)
