World's Best Lasagna
This is delicious, but I agree with other reviewers. My goodness, you don't need the all! And I only did 1 tbs. sugar, 1 can tomato paste, and increased mozzarella to 1 lb. shredded. I used fresh basil instead of the dry and omitted Italian seasonings because they often contain oregano which accounts for the "Stouffer's" taste. I also agree you should double the ricotta because its not nearly enough to use over 2 layers. This comes out soooo moist and tastes even better if you bake it the night before, let it cool completely before refrigerating, then bring it to room temperature the next day before reheating in 350 oven for 30 minutes. As someone who is truly off the proverbial boat from Italy, I am impressed with Mr. Chandler's recipe!!

The Ultimate Chili
Made it the first time at my son's 3rd birthday party. It was a cool day, and I set up the crock pot outside on warm setting with sour cream, chopped green onions, and cheddar cheese as toppings. It was GONE in like 20 minutes! Absolutely delicious. I always make it with ground turkey, and it just feels so healthy and filling. The wine is really key.

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak
I quadrupled this recipe for my daughter's 4th Birthday Party. There were about 25+ adults. Needless to say, there was not a single sliver remaining at the end of the night! I almost don't want to share it with anyone so that I can continue to bask in the praise. Absolutely delicious, absolutely easy. Use plastic bags to marinate. No mess, no cleanup, throw them right on the grill - the flank steaks, not the bags! A new family BBQ must-have! Thanks!
