This was not good. The potatoes were smooth, but they were heavy, like spackle. They were the only negative part of a very successful first thanksgiving dinner. I have a feeling they will make delicious potatoe pancakes tomorrow, so that is a plus. Next time I will be making normal mashed potatoes.

Caribbean Chicken

This was really good. I used mangos and the flavor was delicious. I do agree that browning the chicken before baking keeps things from becoming mushy. I will probably make this again.

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

This was just allright. Nothing really special, but it is a good side dish alternative. Works with broccoli as well.

Stuffed Tomato Basil Chicken

We love this recipe! I have made some changes though because my poor basil plant died. Instead of fresh basil leaves I spread basil garlic pesto in the chicken. I have also replaced the cheese with fresh mozzarella. I wrap the chicken breasts (once stuffed) with turkey bacon. That's just personal choice. I have also done it with procuitto. I love love love this recipe it makes the house smell so good and i always get tons of compliments. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

This will now be a staple in our home! I made this for the first time last night.I had unexpected guests and was terrifed it would taste good, but it was a hit! The only change that I made was I used balsamic instead of regular vinegar and I put a bit of it in the meat. I used turkey. I used the water in the sauce and basted the meat loaf with the sauce that was in the pan and this worked great. It actually cooked for about 1 hr 20 min. This is a great recipe! Just a side note, this is the first meatloaf I have ever made. Thank you.

Broiled Pork Chops

This was a very easy recipe. But I agree it tasted too ketchupy..like spaghetti o's. The sauce is a perfect base for a true BBQ sauce and the next time I make this I will be putting a texas twist on the sauce. This is the first recipe I have tried at this site and I am impressed. Thanks for the recipe.
