Basic Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
This is definately a good base recipe. Instead of chedder cheese I used mozzerella. Also, try adding some brown sugar and black pepper to the sauce...YUM!

Twice Baked Potatoes II

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
This recipe turned out really delicious with a few changes. My boyfriend is not crazy for sour cream so I halved the amount the recipe called for. I also used more butter and instead of american cheese on top I used grated sharp chedder. If you are in a hurry like I was you can put the potatoes in the microwave for the first round of "baking"(four to four 1/2 minutes each side). Turned out delicious and they were great for lunch the next day!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
This is a good base recipe but after reading reviews I changed it quiet a bit. I omitted the ginger and my boyfriend isn't crazy about sweets so I reduced the sugar. I only used enough sugar to make a thin layer at the bottom of the pan. I also added chopped green and red peppers to the meat in addition to the onion and seasoned it with worchester sauce, garlic powder basil and plenty of salt and pepper. I also noticed it took longer to cook, close to an hour and a half. Another change I thought was good was that in addition to the ketchup on the bottom I also added ketchup tot he top during the last fifteen minutes of baking. With all my changes this turned out really delicious and my boyfriend loved it! He has been asking me to make it agian and I just made it last week!
