I am a floral designer/ wedding consultant. This was my first bike, I have a bigger bike now. I love to play with food and new gadgets in my new gourmet kitchen. I put new twists on recipes whenever possible. Many times I combine three or more recipes to get the results I want. Ethic foods and foreign ways of preparing them always keep my interest. Most of all, I love a challenge.

My cooking tragedies
I can't make a good mashed potato. They are lumpy and/or slimy sticky. I've tried everyone's success secrets. I have failed completely!! Fortunately, I make a fab. riced potato......so no one really cares.
PS: I HAVE GIVEN UP, SO DON'T EVEN !!!
