Cod with Italian Crumb Topping

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
Tasty and easy.I did use the egg white despite the other reviews, I did add a little bit of lemon juice to the white though.I also increased the garlic powder to 1/2 tsp and added a dash of onion powder.I thought it would be better to dip the fish in the egg and then the mix, instead of just brushing it on, it turned out wonderfully will be making again!Thank you for this great recipe

Sooo good!I was a little leary to try it because I only had ground lamb on hand, but OH MY!I added a little extra bulgur to even out the lamb amount and also added a can of sliced carrots so it was a complete meal!I could eat lamb every day lol and not tire of it...So I am always excited to find new recipes (excuses) to make it.THis is a keeper...THANK YOU for sharing this!

Yummy!!I added a can of diced tomatoes, upped the amount of cocoa powder to 1.5 TBSP, added 2 TBSP of crunchy peanut butter (because an older hispanic woman I used to know always added PB to hers and it was super!)

Great recipe!Very tasty, wasn't that sure about it because of the tomatoe soup but it was good.My roast was a little bigger than what they suggested so I added a little beef broth to the sauce and it ended up perfect, very tender and moist!

Cranberry Sauce Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
Very good! The chicken was tender and tasty.I only made 4 chicken breasts but kept the sauce for 12 servings and it was plenty. The only thing I changed is I spread garlic on the bottom of the dish and laid the chicken on top of the garlic.I also sprinkled the chicken with some sage before I poured the sauce on and also I kept it covered the whole cook time because some of the reviewers said the chicken was dry when they didn't...mine turned out great, and I'll be making this again.Thank you!
