Italian Sausage Soup

Soup turned out GREAT! I changed some stuff up. I browned ground beef and sausage with onions and garlic. I used 5 cups of beef broth and 3/4 of a can of 28oz. can of crushed tomatoes. And I added frozen tortellini and frozen spinach.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

2#s beef, 1 egg, splash milk, 1/2 c bread crumbs, soup mix...make patties, fry. made 2 cups of gravy from packets, 1 can cream mushroom, splash of milk, dollop of sour cream. YUMMMMM

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

I used a rotisserie chicken. 2 cans cream chicken, 16 oz chicken broth, can of diced jalapenos, can black beans, can of diced tomatoes with chilies. Delicious & Easy...

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This was yummy...I used the chicken sausage, cut up, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers. I topped with fresh tomatoes (not a fan of warm tomatoes) and feta cheese.

Wonderful Short Ribs

Seared in pan..sauteed onions in grease, deglazed pan with red wine. Added all ingredients to pan and baked at 300 for a loooonnnggg time. I would probably double the sauce recipe next time.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Yummy!!! I used bread crumbs instead of crackers, and worschestire instead of steak sauce. Turned out Awesome! I also used a mixture of ketchup & honey as a glaze on the top!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Yummm, Did 1 8oz bag of Sharp Cheddar and 8 oz Velveeta. Turned out great! I made a roux out of the flour butter and onions, then added the chicken broth to the roux. I also used around 2 #s of velveeta. I used 1 32(oz) bag of frozen broccoli and 1# of fresh broccoli.

Yummy...I omitted the first step and used a whole chicken breast, cooked at 350 for 25 min. then added the cheese for 10! Served with Orzo pasta
