Rigatoni with Eggplant, Mushrooms and Goat Cheese

This has the potential to be an amazing go to pasta to impress- however, the recipe calls for WAY too much goat cheese. Cut it down by half, and the flavor of the vegetables will really stand out. Otherwise, everything else is just overshadowed by the goat cheese flavor. I will definitely make it again though.

Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Listen, this recipe is AMAZING if you follow the advice of everyone else who has reviewed this. Add one egg, more cheese, caramelized onions and garlic. I also mistakenly bought ground chicken-- and that was amazing also. I served it with yogurt and cucumbers as suggested! Definitely try the recipes with the suggested additions.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

I just couldn't get over how much butter there was in this recipe...it made it really unappetizing to me. The chicken itself was good though, so I ate that without the sauce

This was so delicious and simple! There's not much else to say other than that!!!! I would definitely serve it either with some crusty bread or a nice greeny salad

Honey Almond Chicken

I also cut down the butter by a lot, used chicken breasts, and added one golden delicious apple to the recipe. It was a tasty dish, but I would imagine the dish being bland if it did not have the apple in it. I also think the sauce was enough, even with a couple tablespoons of butter, but that could be because I used really good honey--which may make a difference, I am not sure. I served it with brown rice in which I added some sage and raisins!
