White Chili I
We really enjoyed it and it was super easy. I added a can of diced pimentos and I used Great Northern Beans. The pimentos gave it some nice color contrast. Pureeing a can of beans was a good idea. I did that as well.

Spinach Quiche
It was yummy. I added diced artichoke arts which I thought was a great addition.
