This is my one & only "go-to" mussel recipe!! I have been using it for years & it never disappoints...me or my company!

Seafood Pasta Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
I was not a fan. I did make a few changes, but that was only to the veggies that used. All I could taste was the soya sauce. I will not be making this again.

Amena's Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
Let me start with....I'm a very novice baker!! And this was a great recipe for me! I even made a few modifications & they turned out great! I realized half way through making them that I didn't have any vanilla extract so I substituted maple syrup 1:1 (& not even the "real" stuff!) and I couldn't tell the difference. I also split the recipe in half after I made it so I could some some cocoa powder to one batch & mint extract to the other. Both versions turned out really good although I could have used a little more cocoa in my chocolatey chocolate cookies! Thanks for the recipe! :)

Mushroom Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
I gave this a 4start because it sounds really good but note that I haven't tried it yet. I just have to comment on "Jillian's" post. How can you rate the recipe when you didn't follow it AT ALL? Maybe you should have submitted your own recipe since you changed just about everything? Don't get me wrong, I love reading the reviews for suggestions on how to better a recipe, but when you change the entire thing that is another thing.

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
The cookies turn out great. They were a little dry so in lieu of milk as someone else suggested I added some vanilla yogurt. My only complaint is that they were very hard to mix. I'm no baking expert so I didn't want to stray too far from the original recipe as this has turned resulted in disaster more than once! Overall, I love the taste, but it was definitely killer on the arms!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I was a little hesitant to cut this recipe in half using the automatic conversion, but I did and these cookies turned out amazing!!! My husband and a couple friends managed to polish off the first dozen before I had the second dozen in the oven!! I did learn a few tips for cookies that don't flatten (and I apologize if it's from reviews here!). I didn't soften the butter first, I cubed it into smaller pieces and mixed it with the suger. Also, I beat the eggs with vanilla before adding it to the mixture. Lastly, I cooled the pan back to room temperature before adding another batch of cookies. Thanks to everyone for teaching an amatuer tricks on how to bake! And thank you Debbie for the recipe!!

Lemon Barbeque Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
Very good!!! I did make a few changes/additions though. Here they are in case you would like the option! I am more of a lime person so I opted for lime instead of lemon. I used dry breadcrumbs from the grocery store instead of the slices of bread. Also, 1 lb of lean grd. beef & 1 lb of extra lean grd turkey instead of the 1.5 lbs of grd beef. I added green pepper, 4 slices of browned & crumbled bacon, 3 cloves of garlic, s&p, 2 tsp of mont. steak spice, & 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Lastly, I doubled the sauce (it was soooo good I wanted double!!).
