My young children love it. Delicious and uses ingredients that most people have on hand! Quick and easy for a weeknight.

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This is restaurant quality alfredo and a lot easier than some recipes I've used with flour. Instead of using the whole cup of heavy cream, I used 3/4 cup cream & 1/4 skim milk to make it slightly more healthy. It wasn't as thick as some I've made in the past, but it wasn't watery. Don't buy alfredo in a jar, this is easy and delicious!

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
I was hoping for a homestyle chicken and noodles taste. It wasn't quite that, but it will become a regular dinner choice. I also added frozen peas to the simmering carrots and celery the last few minutes. I crumbled crackers on the top and the bites with crackers were the tastiest!

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
I made this for the first time when I had company over. Everyone really enjoyed it! I would add a bit more rice next time because it ended up a bit runny and a little extra rice will help soak up the liquid.

Party-Size Greek Couscous Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2009
YUM! The first time I made it was for a pitch-in and everyone raved about it. Of course, if there is an ingredient in this recipe that you don't care for, then don't add it. Any combination of the ingredients would be terrific. If you really like feta, then add more feta. You really can't go wrong! I think it is also fairly healthy.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
This was a hit! I didn't have 8 hours to marinade the meat, but a couple hours is even enough to capture some of the flavor and make the meat extra tender. Instead of baking, I put the meat on my George Foreman rotisserie. Everyone loves the mustard sauce. I would even use it with beef tenderloin.

I used some leftover smoked chicken and my husband loved this. He told me to be sure to add it to my recipe box!

This recipe was very good. I just added some additional spices to the sauce- garlic, basil, oregano and pepper.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
All of my dinner guests raved about this salad! I even had enough ingredients leftover for the next day and made it again, but I don't recommend making enough for leftovers (the spinach and strawberries would be too soggy). You don't have to use a blender to mix the dressing, a mixer can be used too.

This was a hit! I used 2 chicken bullion cubes in the sauce which gave it a little more flavor.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2006
This was easy, fast, and tasty! I thought it was a little salty, so I will try a low-sodium taco seasoning the next time I make it.
