Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
The only thing I did was add some fresh okra with the other vegetables. Perfect etouffe!

Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole
I added the pasta al dente and served it as a soup. A little crushed red pepper and topped with some fresh parmesian cheese.

Herb Roasted Pork
Check your cooking time. I had a 4# roast and it was done it about 1 1/2 hours. I cooked it in a cooking bag which made it so moist.
