What a great recipe. Read the reviews and added mandarin segments and almonds as didn't have the wontons. Recommend cooking the chicken in a little Hoisin - gives it a great flavour. Also added some red bell pepper for extra colour. Thank you so much!

Indian Chicken Curry II

As Brits living abroad, we are always on the lookout for a decent curry recipe! My husband cooked this one at the weekend and it was a hit. It reminded me of home!!

Beefy Spanish Rice

As you can see from my name, I am not a great cook but this recipe did not go down at all well! I read the reviews beforehand and made a few changes but for the first time ever, I won't be trying this one again.
