Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2013
Loved this recipe! Although I think the 1/2 cup vegetable oil was too much. I would reduce it to 1/3 cup next time. I also followed the other reviewers and added some cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and baby corn for more veggies! I cooked them separately and just added them during the last step. This recipe is a sure winner & so easy to do too :) Thanks!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Great recipe! A keeper. :) The water chestnuts gave a fantastic crunchy texture to the dish - so I highly recommend putting them! I just want to ask the creator - where was the shredded carrots and white topping in the recipe? I notice it was on the photo.

Baked Snapper with Citrus and Ginger

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2013
Fantastic recipe! I did do some slight changes - added chopped ginger and extended the cooking time by 15 mins because the fish was undercooked at 20 minutes when I opened the foil. I also reduced the soy sauce from 1/3 cup to 1/4 cup to make it less salty. Overall, a great Chinese-restaurant style dish!

Maple Salmon

Thank you for this fantastic recipe. My husband also raved about it non-stop and called it "orgasmic"! Hahaha. I did add more garlic than usual and decreased the soy sauce.

Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2013
This was a wonderful recipe! It was so good!! Just to caution folks, I used regular soy sauce because I didn't have low-sodium soy sauce and it came out a bit too salty. I would definitely recommend using low-sodium soy sauce as the recipe indicated.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2006
My friend loved this recipe! I preheated the oven to 400 degrees, put tin foil for the first 15 minutes and baked it for 28 minutes! The chicken came out juicy, moist and incredibly tender. Yumyum! Also, I added garlic salt and some pepper to the garlic and oil mixture.
