Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce

I loved it...but, too many different flavors, I guess, for the others. It was rated as "average to good" by most guests. I was more proud than my guest liked it.

Wow, what great salsa!! I tried it hoping my taste buds would finally accept talapia...but, no. I will definitely make this salsa for all kinds of dishes!!! Maybe, with a different fish, too. Tortilla chips, here I come!!

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

An hour & 20 minutes?? I made this in 45 minutes. Absolutely delightful, but, just too similar to what my neighbor makes and brings over to me. Great taste, but, just not new for me, at least.
