Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

I sauteed the chicken with garlic and onion in a pan then mixed in the soups. I layered the rice, chicken/soup mixture, salsa then cheese. I would make it again! Great comfort food.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wow! This was delicious! So tender and very tasty. I used golden mushroom soup, lots of seasoning and browned the roast before putting it in a nesco all day. It is a keeper!

Beef Pot Pie I

This was a little time consuming, but totally worth it! I increased the quantities of the veggies (almost double) and used a double pie crust vs. the puff pastry. It was delicious!
