I made this yesterday & it was a hit! My husband said it was in his top 3 favorite meals this year. I made it as is...but cooked it on low for 10 hours. Served it shredded on small hoagie rolls with mozzarella cheese on them. Placed them in the broiler for a minute. They were delish!

Pork Marsala

This was delicious & everyone in my house loved it! Along with the cup of marsala wine I added a cup of chicken broth. At the end I thickened it up a tiny bit. I served it over thin spaghetti.

Steak with Marsala Sauce

This was very tasty. I omited the onions. I just wish there was more liquid since most of it evaporated. Next time I will add some more.

Crispy Mashed Potato Pancake

These were were very good although my children didn't like them at all (Just being picky I guess). I prepared as is but added minced onion & 1 Tbsp of flour. The only problem I had with them was that they were sticking to the pan even with a little flour mixed in & olive oil in the pan.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Ham

This was delicious. I added broccoli to ours & used a pint of heavy cream. Will make again but not using the ham....I didn't particulary like the smokey taste.

Smoky Mountain Chicken

I prepared this exactly as said except for the change of the cheese. I used cheddar. This was tasty, the chicken was juicy but the BBQ sauce was overpowering. We couldn't taste the ham or the cheese & I didn't drown the chicken in the sauce. Because not of my kids liked it, I won't be making it again.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Delicious! I used margarine instead of butter due to preference. The mix was crumbly but I was still able to use it & make the cookies with no problem. They were huge & like I said delicious! I will make these again & again!

Party Punch IX

Served this for my son's b-day party & everyone loved it. Actually they raved about it. They all wanted to know what was in it & how to make it. It was easy to make & I prepared it the day before. I cut the recipe in 1/2. I used 2 strawberry jellos, 1 cup of sugar & I froze it in ziploc freezer bags like some other reviewers suggested. I added rum to the punch. Delicious!
