I am 35 years old and am married with five children. My wife and I have been cooking for years because we wanted the kids to experience different types of food without having to go out to restaurants. Thai food is my favorite food to cook. I love the light sauses, how healthly it is, and the inexpensive costs of cooking Thai. My family has a tradition of making desserts whenever we get together. We love to cook food in general, but desserts are where we get serious. My brother seems to be the creative one of the family and I feel just fine using his great recipes from his trial and error! I have mastered certain Thai dishes that I thought I was never going to perfect. I would say that the biggest tragedy that I ever have cooking is when I over cook terderloin on the grill. I grill at very high tempetures to sear flavor in and to have a cool red center and there is nothing worse than stepping away from the grill to deal with the kids or some other distraction and over cooking fillet.
