Cheesy Amish Breakfast Casserole
I have made it the original way and loved it, but I always like to try something different so I also decided to try turkey bacon. I really like it this way because it had the taste without the greasy part. I also omitted the onions, only because I thought it was rich enough without it. You can do so many different things with this recipe and still have a hit!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
I didn't have the baking soda and other sites said it was okay to omit it, but something wasn't right. I am sure that was what was wrong, they kind of tasted flat. Other than that, I liked the fact that they wre very soft and moist.

Polish Meat and Potatoes
My husband was Polish so I learned alot from his mom. I have done this for years, and now I'm craving it again. I do cut up the Kielbasa and cook everything like a stirfry and I use alot less oil. Sometimes I omit the potatoes and I make everything and toss it into pasta, that it awesome. This dish is very versatile, thanks for reminding me of it:)
