my changes: -only 1 cup of butter -put the whole graham cracker mixture on the bottom (of a cookie sheet, needs to be a little deep) -spread chocolate chips over and put it in the oven for 5 minutes to melt a little -spread mini marshmallows over the top and cooked for the allotted 15 minutes. in retrospect i'll only do 10 as the marshmallows turned out too crispy/a little hard these are super delicious and might even be better than the real thing

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

these cupcakes are SO good! instead of the given frosting recipe i use a basic cream cheese frosting and add raspberries (they have to be fresh or there's too much liquid). i put the lemon juice in with the cupcakes.

Minute® Rice Lasagna

i thought it was a little too cheesy but my husband thought next time we needed to add more. it doesn't hold together like regular lasagna, so just be prepared for that. we didn't add the meat and next time i think we'll probably add spinach or something like that just to give it more substance. it was still very good though. also, i used a 9x13 pan and could barely get all of it to spread as one layer. if you want it thicker i'd suggest an 8x8.

these were so good! i made them for a party and everyone loved them. there's absolutely no need for frosting. next time i won't push the pb cups in all the way so hopefully it will coat the top a little.

definitely put in less butter (try 2/3c as someone suggested). bake the full 15 minutes and let cool completely. it was gooey but, besides the overwhelming butteryness, delicious.

Deluxe Sugar Cookies

i love these cookies! my mom used to make them for us as kids for special occasions. we couldn't help sneaking dough in the fridge (some of us still can't). now i make them with my daughter.
