Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
I followed this recipe almost to a tee the only thing I altered was I added about 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips and I did not top with the frosting since I'm not big on frosted brownies. However, these were soooo easy to make and so delicious!!! followed others advice and mixed with a spoon just until wet and they were perfect!

Angel Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2009
these are deliciously airy not too sweet little treats. I rated them four stars because the dough is a bit challenging to work with. you absolutley MUST allow the dough to chill or you will have a heck of a time cutting it. And be sure to slice the dough no more than half an inch thick or they wont have that light airy texture you want.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I followed many of the others suggestions & altered it slightly & it came out great! First I doubled the gravy, added 1 tsp both garlic powder & poultry seasoning. In my opinion the poultry seasoning really made it delicious. then i used a frozen pillsbury crust pre baked the bottom for 5 minnutes after brushing with egg white. Then filled with as many veggies,, pre cooked chicken and gravy I could fit in. Baked at 375 for 30 minutes and ladled extra gravy on the top. It was a huge hit. My bf said it needs to be a in permanent rotation! DELICIOUS!!!!

Cucumber Sandwich

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
I love this sandwich! I add a little guacamole mix ~extra spicy~ to the avocado. And instead of putting the dressing on the sandwich I spoon a little on as I eat! No soggy sandwich
