I did not make this recipe, but it looks like a failed attempt at copying the Flourless Brazil Nut Macaroons recipe. So if you think this looks like it would be good, try the flourless brazil nut macaroons instead.

Chocolate Trifle

This was an awesome dessert! I made it in an 8x8 pan the first time, but had leftover pudding stuff and brownies. I made it a second time for a birthday "cake," but I made it in a 9x13 pan and all of the ingredients fit perfectly! Both times I only made three layers instad of six.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These tasted great! I made them exactly like the recipe said and they turned out great. I like them a lot better that the Toll House recipe; the Toll House recipe's cookies are really thin, but these are nice and thick!

Glen's Cheese Sauce

This is a really easy recipe to make macaroni and cheese! I made a few changes, though. I left out the mustard powder, Swiss cheese, and sherry. I also added a lot of cheddar cheese (1 cup mild or 3/4 cup sharp.) I have made this many times (at least 5) for easy macoroni and cheese. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Chewy Granola Bars

These were very good with a few changes like many other people said-more honey and melt the butter. I added 2 cups Rice Krispies and also decreased the oats to 2 1/2 cups...I also added some dried berries and cherries, these were very good. This is a 5 star recipe with the changes, but it would be a four star without the changes. Thank you for the great recipe!

Ice Cream Kolacky

These were awesome! It needs a little extra flour, though. I used fresh raspberries from my raspberry bush, mashed them, put them in a saucepan, added some corn starch plus a little water, then I cooked it for a couple of minutes until it thickened. I suggest using fresh fruit and cook it like I did...it is really delicious! They turned out great!

Freezer Pumpkin Pie

This was GREAT! It was very easy to make, and the crust is really good. I love pumpkin pie and ice cream...so it is two of my favorite desserts combined to make one great dessert! If you don't like normal pumpkin pie, try this! You might like it!

German Chocolate Fudge

This was so delicious!! It was so easy and fast to make! So creamy and smooth. I am so glad that it was not one of those candy recipes where you have to CONSTANTLY stir it for almost an hour...and this recipe made a lot for a little bit of work! Everyone loved it! GREAT recipe!

Pumpkin Muffins II

This was very tastey! I used canned pure pumpkin puree instead of a real pumpkin. I only had exactly one teaspoon of nutmeg instead of two, but I still made them and they turned out great! When I tried the dough, it tasted like it had too much spices in it, but when they were baked, they were not too spiceful at all. They made two dozen, not one dozen. Also, they went really well with egg nog; I wish stores had egg nog all year round, but they would probly go well with milk too.

Thick Chocolate Pudding

This was an awesome recipe! I love thick pudding! It is so much easier than the stove-top pudding that you have to constantly stir; it tastes a lot better too. I added twice a much sugar, and it turned out great!I would absolutly make it again!

Lemon Bread

This was so easy to make, and so delicious and moist. To put the glaze on, I poured it on and used a basting brush to spread it around. Then I poured the extra glaze back into the bowl of glaze; it worked out really well. I took advice from two other reviews, the one that poked holes in the bread before putting on the glaze, and the one that used salted butter instead of shortening and left out the salt.

Pecan Coconut Pie

This was truely an excellent pie. It was quite tasty and the corn syrup added a nice sweet flavor. I am one who usually bakes cookies and cakes for shorter than the recipe says because I like them a very light brown. However, for this recipe, I didn't have to reduce the baking time...it was perfect. The center was still a little watery after it was done, with the outside being a slightly darker brown, but after the cooling process, it isn't quite so runny. I will save this recipe and use it again. Just grab a beverage of your choice, a piece of this pie, and you're all set!
