Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
I make this all the time and I love it. I used "real" butter, but fat free mayo and reduced fat cheese. It was still amazing. I make this all the time.

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
This tasted really good! I did find that I needed to cook the tenderloins more. Maybe I didn't flatted mine enought. The taste was very good. I will make this again.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
I love this chili recipe! I did a lot of the same things there were suggested. I used only one can of tomato soup, 1/2 a can of water and omitted the red pepper flakes. I also added a little hot sauce and used lean ground turkey. To cut back on calories, I didn't use the oil to cook the turkey and it turned out fine. I also didn't use the onion because I don't like them. I would definately make this again on a cold winter day!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
The pork was dry and a little tough. I would rather grill the tenderloin than put it in the crock pot again. Won't be making this recipe again.

Quick and Easy Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
This was a really good casserole. I used the boil in bag rice because I had it on hand and it wasn't the 3 cups that the recipe called for, but it worked out well. I will make this recipe again!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I loved these cookies! I used 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening. I also added 1 teaspoon of vanilla like the others suggested. I baked them only for 7 minutes and 45 seconds. They turned out great! I already gave my sister in law the recipe! I will definately make these again! Yummy!!!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I really like this recipe. I used Borsin Garlic Cheese and it came out great. My husband who is a chef said that he wouldn't change a thing. Next time I will buy the thinly sliced chicken breasts. Thanks for sharing!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
My family loves this recipe. My husband is a chef and is constantly asking me to make this. The only thing I do differently is add some hot sauce to give it a little kick. I have also found out that you don't need to simmer it for 30-40 minutes. It's fine if you simmer it for 10 minutes.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2007
I love these potato's! My nephew loved the kick with the chili podwer. I used a little less butter than what was called for and they were amazing. I am asked to bring these to most of the parties I go to. I will definately make them again!!!

Pizza Casserole II

I liked this recipe and so did my husband. It could have used some more things like green peppers, mushrooms, sausage and other things we put on pizza. I will make this again. Thanks for sharing.

Farmer's Ranch Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2006
I didn't really like this recipe. I thought the sauce was very oily and the potatos didn't have much taste. I won't be making this again. Sorry!
