About this Cook
I am a 27 year old female that absolutely loves to cook. I also love going out to dinner. I consider it an art. I make a full course dinner each night of the week. I am a single mom of a 7 month old baby boy whom does eat solids and wants to eat everything mommy cooks , but he is just a bit too young for all the spices and ingredients I use in my recipes. I use cooking as stress relief. I also love to have dinner parties, usually once a month or every other month.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook vegetables, desserts and to make recipes up as I am making them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I am Italian and Irish, so was raised around lots of family, big meals and lots of wine. My step father is Jewish so I picked some of that too.
My cooking triumphs
I make an awesome broccoli cheese soup.

Soy Ginger Salmon
Awesome recipe, never had better salmon. Marinated for 48 hours and it was melting, so good. Too bad it did not last long enough last time to get a pic, def a recipe worth trying
