The only reason I gave this 5 stars is for all the changes I made. This is a very fattening recipe at 647 calories per serving. I used less butter, 1% milk, less sodium cream of mushroom. I sauteed fresh spinach, mushrooms, garlic, and onion in olive oil and put at bottom of dish. Then I added the chicken which I boiled. Then I poured the white mixture on, added the fresh bacon and mozz cheese. Next time I will mix the mozz into the other items so that it mixes better. Great recipe, just needed a healthy touch and it tasted delicious!
