World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
I got a "Mom you ROCK!" This is a great recipe. I put in 1 can of tomato sauce to make the sauce a little looser. I also put the ricotta, parm, and moz together in a bowl, instead of separating it. I even was able to make this gluten free! Thanks for the great recipe. YOU ROCK!

Baked Potato Soup

Great comfort food! I didn't add the spicy sauce and I did add a lot more cheese in the mix, but everything else I did the same. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Great recipe. I took others advice and first dipped the chops into flour first, the egg, and then the bread crumbs. It turned out very moist! Thanks

Delicious Apple Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
EXCELLENT!!! This was an easy recipe to follow. I put 3 cored apples in the pan with water and cooked until soft. I then put the apples in the food processor for a smoother sauce. I added the brown sugar to taste and added cinnamon also. I just wish I used more apples.... next time!

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
Very easy to follow!! My kids asked if we could have this every week!! I made a few changes. I marinated the chicken for about 4 hours. I then put it in the oven at 365 degrees for about 35 minutes. I took it out and put the cheese on top of the breasts for about 5 minutes. I took it out once again and put the basil and tomatoes on it. I turned on the broiler for about 3 minutes. This gave the cheese a brown crust. It was very moist and tasty! Thank you for the recipe!

Chocolate Covered Orange Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
I was disappointed in this recipe:O( My guests liked them, but I prefer the baked cookies. The chocolate was impossible to put on, so instead I dripped the chocolate over the tops of the cookie. I was so excited to make this but I won't bake them again. Thanks anyway.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
This is one of my favorite recipes!! I have made these for 2 years now and everyone wants the recipe! Next year I am going to try something new with this recipe. I am going to add orange juice concentrate to the dough. Instead of jam, I am going to put on a Hersey Kiss. I want to make an orange/ chocolate cookie. I think that this dough would be great for it!

The gravy was very flavorful, but the pork was not as tender as I was expecting. I followed the directions and the pork was a little tough.

We LOVED this recipe!! My son kept asking for more. I used way less butter and put sauteed fresh garlic into the mixture. Definitely need two cans of Croissants.

Easy to follow recipe, good taste. I think that next time I might marinate the chicken in the mixture and also baste it. I wanted more of the orange flavor.

Beef or Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
Wow this is good stuff!! I followed most of the directions, except I put in Rice Vinegar. I also didn't add the ginger. I did marinate the chicken breast for 3 hours, which really got the great taste soaked in. I want to try this on the steaks too! Thanks again!

These meatballs are the best. The family loves them. They are easy to put together, they took very little time. Putting them in a sandwich or with noodles, this recipe is a winner!
