World's Best Lasagna

I got a "Mom you ROCK!" This is a great recipe. I put in 1 can of tomato sauce to make the sauce a little looser. I also put the ricotta, parm, and moz together in a bowl, instead of separating it. I even was able to make this gluten free! Thanks for the great recipe. YOU ROCK!

Delicious Apple Sauce

EXCELLENT!!! This was an easy recipe to follow. I put 3 cored apples in the pan with water and cooked until soft. I then put the apples in the food processor for a smoother sauce. I added the brown sugar to taste and added cinnamon also. I just wish I used more apples.... next time!

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Very easy to follow!! My kids asked if we could have this every week!! I made a few changes. I marinated the chicken for about 4 hours. I then put it in the oven at 365 degrees for about 35 minutes. I took it out and put the cheese on top of the breasts for about 5 minutes. I took it out once again and put the basil and tomatoes on it. I turned on the broiler for about 3 minutes. This gave the cheese a brown crust. It was very moist and tasty! Thank you for the recipe!

Chocolate Covered Orange Balls

I was disappointed in this recipe:O( My guests liked them, but I prefer the baked cookies. The chocolate was impossible to put on, so instead I dripped the chocolate over the tops of the cookie. I was so excited to make this but I won't bake them again. Thanks anyway.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

This is one of my favorite recipes!! I have made these for 2 years now and everyone wants the recipe! Next year I am going to try something new with this recipe. I am going to add orange juice concentrate to the dough. Instead of jam, I am going to put on a Hersey Kiss. I want to make an orange/ chocolate cookie. I think that this dough would be great for it!

We LOVED this recipe!! My son kept asking for more. I used way less butter and put sauteed fresh garlic into the mixture. Definitely need two cans of Croissants.

Beef or Chicken Marinade

Wow this is good stuff!! I followed most of the directions, except I put in Rice Vinegar. I also didn't add the ginger. I did marinate the chicken breast for 3 hours, which really got the great taste soaked in. I want to try this on the steaks too! Thanks again!

Meatball Sandwich
