Marinated Greek Chicken Kabobs
I love this recipe! I serve the kabobs over rice with a red Thai curry sauce, and Tzatziki sauce. I also grilled them on a George Forman grill for about 12 minutes turning every few minutes to brown on all sides. Wonderful!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
This is a family staple recipe that I received from a friend 35 years ago. Except, instead of the milk, we use 1/4 c. dry white wine (chablis). I eliminated the butter on top years ago. We also cut the chicken into bite size chunks (1") which makes the recipe easier to serve on a buffet, and guests do not have to struggle to cut the chicken on their laps. Great all purpose recipe to serve with vegetable and/or salad.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
I love this recipe, and have made it twice. The first time I made it exactly as stated, the second time I used refrigerated thin crust dough, and crushed tomatoes instead of diced...and it was not as successful. The bread crust was much better, and reheated very well the next day. I will endeavor to find a happy medium between the dryness of the drained diced tomatoes, and the much too liquid crushed tomatoes. But as a pizza lover, this was great after ramping up the seasonings a bit.
