Barbeque Halibut Steaks

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
I made this last night exactly as the recipe states, and it turned out amazing. I wasn't sure if it would be too sweet, but all the flavors blend well together. I did reserve some of the sauce aside to pour over the top after the fish had cooked. I will make this again and again.

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2005
I made this for dinner last night with a few changes. I used red bell peppers rather than the banana peppers because that's what I had on hand. I also used feta cheese instead of the parmesan and rice instead of bread crumbs. My husband didn't think he'd like it, but he really did. With the extra filling I baked it in a loaf pan and served it with the extra tomato sauce. It was very good!

Thai Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2004
The next time I make this pizza I will add less peanut butter than it calls for. I thought the sauce was a little too thick. The fresh bean sprouts and carrots on top are a must that really makes the pizza have a good flavor. I also added fresh cilantro when I added the bean sprouts and carrots.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2004
My husabnd and I thought this was a very good pizza recipe. The only thing I did differently was use more cilantro and serve the pepperoncinis on the side rather than on the pizza itself. I also made the thai chicken pizza from this website.

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2004
I made this salad up the night before a potluck so it was ready to go the next day. It is easy to make even though there are alot of ingredients. I brought tortilla chips with it and everyone was eating it as a salsa. I added extra cumin and cilantro and used less salt. I didn't have a red onion so I used green onions instead. Everyone said they really enjoyed it and there were no leftovers so it must be true.

Asian Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2004
I made this salad for Father's Day and my husbad's family loved it. It is very refreshing when you serve it very cold. Instead of slicing the vegetables I shredded them in my food processor to resemble traditional coleslaw. I also added more cilantro than what the recipe called for, just because we really like it. I ate the little bit that was leftover with grilled chicken for lunch the next day. I will make this again.

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2004
Very good! I made a few changes to the original recipe. My husband and I don't really care for eggplant so I substituted zucchini instead and roasted some carrots also. I also used pesto in place of the mayo and garlic. Rather than letting it sit for two hours I put all the veggies in between the bread with a little mozzerella and grilled the sandwich in a two sided grill until it was flattened. Very good! I am making it again this weekend for my in-laws with a french onion soup recipe I found on this web site.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
This is a wonderful stuffing recipe. I cooked this for a Christmas get together recently. We deep fried the turkey so I had to cook the stuffing in a 9x13 pan at 325 for an hour. It came out perfectly. I had to add quite a bit more liquid than it called for, about 2 cups of chicken stock. I also left out the liver and used pork sausage instead of turkey. To save time I used bagged bread cubes and it didn't seem to affect the recipe at all. I will definatly make this recipe again.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2002
This is a very good recipe. I doubled the sauce to pour over the top and I had to cook them longer than the recipe suggested, but very good served with honey baked ham.

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2002
These really were the best cinnamon rolls ever. I made them for the guys at work and they were gone in minutes. One person ate six of them! I thought they were very easy to make using the bread machine. I love this recipe and I love this website!
