I would have given this recipe five stars but not everyone thought so. The women loved it. The men said it was okay and I could serve it once every two or three months. I added two extra chicken breasts to cover everyone so I doubled the recipe....except for the spinach. I used two frozen and one can because I didn't have enough of the other. I rinsed both well and squeezed dry. It came out perfect. Served with creamy chicken rice, green beans, and bread. Plenty of sauce left over. Rich enough, I didn't need the extra chicken breasts but now we have plenty for lunch tomorrow! Expensive to make but it will be a nice change. Thanks for the recipe!
