Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
The taste was great and they were so easy to make, the chocolate chips sunk to the bottom and stuck to the pan that was greased!!! Mine came out puffier in all my children ate three servings:) Will try again and adjust some things, thanks

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2008
The taste is AWSOME and I even added mini chocolate chips. I made 12 cupcakes and three mini loafs to freeze. I was BUMMED however because they didn't rise and get puffy, then fell flat after removed from the oven, did I overmix the batter??? I blended all the ingredients with a hand mixer then folded in the flour and baking soda....

Overnight French Toast II

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2008
Simple and Fantastic. My husband visited Alaska and told me about the BEST overnight french toast he had and bought me the recipe back from the cook:) The recipe is exactly the same except I invert the pan when it is done cooking onto a serving platter and the syrup/sauce doesn't cause it to harden in the pan and it looks pretty to present dusted with powder sugar and toasted coconut. I have make this about 25 times for company and holidays, a MUST to eat!!! Thanks

Southern Moon Pies

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
AWSOME and so yummy, thank you for a new addition to my recipe collection:) The ONLY issue I had was the first batch I cooked came out nice and fluffy and the rest seemed to spread thinner with crispier edges. I only had one baking sheet. Do the cookie parts need to be all baked at once, if so I will need to buy more baking sheets:) Thanks again.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Reviewed: May 30, 2008
This has been my all time favorite dessert I have ever made....It was easy and VERY YUMMY:) I made it the night before our Memorial Day cookout we went to and the strawberries stayed fresh and the angel food cake got really moist and custard like. I did use low fat cream cheese and lite whipped cream and also found sugar free strawberry glaze, I like to watch fat and sugar, but the overal taste was fantastic:) Thanks for a winner in my book:)

Gooey Brownies with Shortbread Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
FABULOUS!!!! My family and friends LOVED this moist and rich dessert:) I bought vanilla whipped frosting and mixed it with a 1/2cup smooth peanut butter and whipped it until it was light and fluffy and pipped it along the edges of the brownie's, I didn't add the nuts and I used my cheesecake pan to bake them in. I will make these often, yummy!!!
