Grandma's Doughnuts
GREAT! We've made them this way since we were kids. I'm sure they have easier ways, but we always used a (clean) medicine bottle to make the doughnut holes & fry them up also. If you like a little frosting/icing on the doughnut, we like to mix a small batch of conf. sugar, evap. milk & vanilla to dip the doughnut & holes in...yummy, but fattening. :)

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
Never tasted a banana nut bread/muffin this good. This is the second year we've made these, the only thing we tried different was the suggestion on a few reviews of splitting the sugars (half light brown & white), and throwing in a few golden raisins. If you don't like recipe, something is wrong with your taste buds or you didn't read the recipe well, after all, the positive reviews speak for themself.

Pecan Pie
I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone seemed to like it. I call myself going right by the recipe, but when I first got it out of the oven I was nervous as it looked dry (it didn't have that shine), so I melted butter and brushed the top of the pie with a pastry brush. The pie set very well. I had no complaints, and the pie dish was empty.
