Chicken Breasts Pierre

I make this in a slow cooker. I simply eliminate the flour step. Throw it all into the slow cooker for 4-6 hours. When its done, just shred the chicken and put it back in the 'cooker for a 1/2 hour while waiting for some pasta to cook. Ta Da! Done. :)

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

Love this recipe. It's my go-to for those slightly over-ripened (ok, black) bananas I never ate in time. I use about 1/2 cup more bananas and 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips extra. Never have a problem.
