Groovy Green Smoothie

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
I was hesitant to try this, but it was delicious! I used applesauce instead of the apples. Could not taste the spinach at all!

Cranberry Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
Delicious!!! My husband rated it one of his top ten favorite meals of all time. As per other reviews I used thin cut chops, a can of whole cranberry sauce and reduced the sugar by half. I will definitely be making these again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These were delicious!!! I never make bread, but decided to give these a shot for Thanksgiving--everyone raved about them. I did not use a bread machine and followed instructions of other reviewers. Will definitely be making these again!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This was delicious! It was the first thing gone at the Thanksgiving dessert table. It was even pretty easy to make, just follow directions carefully. I used wax paper to line the cookie sheet and had no problems. This will be part of our annual dinner.

Delicious! I did cut some of the sugar and replaced half the oil with applesauce. My picky 5 year old loved it!

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
I didn't think I would like these but they turned out great. I made some changes based on other reviews such as cutting the oil, adding veggies, thickened with a tsp cornstarch dissovled in 3/4 c chicken broth, then mixed noodles and sauce together and cooked over high heat stirring frequently. Yum!

Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Amazing! I've never had a cabbage roll before so I have nothing to compare to but this recipe is awesome! Defintitely double the sauce. I also followed the suggestions of other reviewers such as boiling cabbage, adding more onion, garlic powder and some seasoned salt. I baked at 350 for hour. My family of picky eaters devoured these and can't wait for me to make them again!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
This has been my go to cookie recipe for the last two years. Awesome cookies! Today I improvised with what I had on hand (only brown sugar, 2 cups of wheat flour, and 1 cup of oats), turned out amazing. This recipe is five stars as is but is also very forgiving to modifications. If you haven't made these yet you don't know what you're missing!

Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce

Delicious, easy and super fast! I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and reduced the vinegar to 1 TBL, added sauteed onion, diced green pepper and basil. Will definitely be my go to recipe for spaghetti sauce!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2012
This was my first time making cinnamon rolls. Amazing. I'm not a huge cinnamon roll fan, but these were good! They got rave reviews from all who tried them. Very time consuming but well worth it for special occasions. I made them without a bread machine based on the advice from Andytami's review and they turned out perfect. The dough felt a little dry as I was working with it but must've been okay because they turned out great!

Grilled Pork Chops with Balsamic Caramelized Pears

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Not what I had hoped for. It smelled delicious, but they were very salty and they didn't really come together the way I hoped they would.
