This was a great recipe sooooo easy. My husband said he thought that it was restaurant quality. I used 3/4 mayo, 3/4 sour cream, 1 cup parmesean, 1 sm cn mushrooms, 1 cn artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. It gave me a milder taste of the mayo as athers had suggested and a little extra sauce for the noodles. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
