Makes a huge pot of food and is fairly easy. I followed the directions to a T and it smelled delicious while cooking all afternoon. I would not use stew meat next time - it was very tender but tasteless and this might've just been the batch I bought. Also was slightly bland so needs a little more spice for us. Otherwise enjoyable and would try it again with some tweaking.

Sour Cream Lemon Pie

You don't need to change one thing on this recipe to get a perfect pie. It is easy to make and the outcome is delicious. I don't know why people always feel they can improve on something before they even try out the original ... no need, 5 stars!

Becca's Bruschetta

Excellent Bruschetta and a big hit for Labor Day weekend. Made according to recipe except I had no parsley and lightly toasted the bread. Made 24 thin slices. A keeper. Thanks!

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

This recipe is a keeper. I will use this from now on, easy to make and delicious result. It frosts 24 cupcakes perfectly. We added red, white and blue sprinkles for the 4th of July.

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

I was looking for a quick meal and found this and it was indeed quick and tasty and moist inside. The amount of spices seemed over the top to me. I made 1/2 a recipe and cut the spices to 1 tsp. each and it worked out fine. We dipped the chicken in sweet and sour sauce.

Basic Baked Spaghetti

You can't beat this for a twist on regular ol' spaghetti and sauce. Couldn't be easier and was a hit in my home - everyone ate it the second day as well.

It was fairly easy, tasted pretty good, I followed recipe exactly. Leftovers were not good, so would recommend eating it the night you make it.

Unbelievable Chicken

A big 5-0. Was easy and delicious. Served with baked potato and green beans. Would like a little sauce with it so could reserve some marinade before marinating maybe, cook it in a saucepan and serve alongside.

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Whew! This was a lot of work for a crockpot meal. I followed recipe to a "T" although I used more flour to dredge and didn't need the cornstarch at the end as there was plenty of gravy. After 1 hour on high and 6 hours on slow meat was still tough so it needs 8 hours. Was good but needed more flavor so had to add spices at the end.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This is a spectacular recipe! I used sirloin tip roast and it was all lean. Also took previous advice and used 2 pkgs. of dressing mix and beef broth in place of water. Served on toasted French rolls with melted provolone ... you can impress company with this one!

Sunday Chicken Supper

I'm not sure why I followed a suggestion to marinate in ranch dressing as it wasn't necessary and it left a curdled look to the broth, so I wouldn't advise that. I used 2 cans chicken broth in place of the water and bouillon and added 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning and it was very tasty. It gets 5 stars because the original recipe did not call for ranch dressing and I think it is very good as written.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Great tasting - the key is to use the Granny Smith apples (which I didn't do) and cut the apples very, very thin so they get soft when baked. I gave 5 stars because I didn't use the right kind of apples - if I had it would have been excellent.
