Sausage Balls
I love this recipe. I modified a few things and everyone loves the changes. I use a roll of hot sausage instead of regular sausage. I add in diced jalapeno, a little onion and then bisquik and cheese. It sounds like it would be incredibly spicy but it's just right. I even roll these mini sausage forms and wrap puff pastry around them and cook until the puff pastry is golden (pre-cook the sausage roll for about 10 mins before adding pastry).

Baked Ziti I
This is really yummy and totally inexpensive. I make it a little different. I use Jimmy Dean Italian HOT pork sausage (the type that comes in a tube like form of 1lb of pork, typically only $3). And I also skip the provolone and just use more mozzarella, but everything else is the same. It's less than $10 for everything and it makes huge baked ziti. We put it in tubberware and just freeze and reheat.
