Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

I have made this twice and we love it. Actually I am only rating a portion of the recipe. I do not make the sauce. We like it with just the pasta shrimp and veggies.

Pumpkin Roll II

This is pretty good, but I think it needs more spices or vinegar it was a little bland. I think I will double the balsamic vinegar next time and add some garlic salt.

Awesome recipe!!! We absolutely love these. I make them as written except I don't add the cloves.... not my favorite spice. I like how they are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. AMAZING!!!

Real Sopapillas

These are so easy and my family loves them. I usually make enough to stuff them with taco meat and top with cheese lettuce ect. Then have the rest with honey sprinkled with powdered sugar YUMMMM!!

Enchiladas Verdes

I made this just as it is written I even bought the cotija cheese which was very interesting, it is dry and salty and doesn't melt. I have made authentic Enchiladas Verdes from this site and the flavor is very close. They always seem just a little dry to me. Maybe I like my enchiladas swimming in sauce, other than that they are a 5 star all the way.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

yummy! I have made this just as written then I took Pabbydog's advice and used 1 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 butter 1 1/2 vanilla and 2 C powdered sugar and then I used my wire wisk attachment on my mixer and whipped it up until it was light and fluffy.
