Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
This is a very good recipe! Unfortunately, I tweeked the recipe a bit- sorry!!!
I made (& froze) 30 servings (16 small rectangle Glad containers). I added 2 cans of Northern beans (blended) for fiber/protein, 8 cloves of garlic, dash of balsamic vinegar, half a pint of heavy cream, 22 cups of diced roma tomatoes from my garden, thyme, rosemary & basil -whew! Anyway- this was a very good recipe! Dare I say I can't wait for the cold weather to come so I can try this soup!! Use this recipe and you won't be let down!
