Delicious! Next time I will definitely use less butter in the crust. It was pretty soggy, but still good.

RWOP Finalist: Delicious!

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
This recipe has a lot of potential! It was just ok as-is though. It was a ton of pork, that's for sure. My husband just said it should be named "pork lovers dream". I'll probably use the idea again, but with differnt ingredients. No bacon wrapped around it next time, and something other than sausage with the cheeses. The sugar/bacon mixture was so good though! That would be good on steak or something. But in this recipe, it doesn't say what to do with it..

Buckeyes I

These were soooo good! I made them for Thanksgiving, and they got rave reviews! The only thing I would've done differently is make them smaller. Mine ended up a little too big, but they were still good!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
I only had a 9x9 pan, so I increased the recipe by half, so instead of 2 eggs I used 3, and instead of 1 cup sugar, I used 2 cups, etc... They were still very good!! I used a wooden spoon instead of a mixer, and they were still a little cakey. I'm still looking for that great chewy brownie recipe! Again, it was still really good though!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2008
I made this exactly as the recipe says, except I used 4 packages of the 7.5 oz buttermilk biscuits because I didn't see that it called for 12 oz until it was too late. My only complaint is that the butter/sugar combo didn't get everywhere like I was hoping. Next time I might mix in some cream to make it thinner so it gets to more places. The center part was the best! Oh and I used a bundt pan after reading other reviews. Thanks!

This is SO good! I was skeptical at first, but it turned out great! I didn't use the pecans just because I don't like them, but it was still awesome. Thanks!

This was sooo good! You have to really love chocolate though, and I do! The top has a thin crispy layer. I'll be making it again for the holidays. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe! I used one cup red wine and one cup chicken stock, from reading other reviews, and it turned out great! I also added some slices of an apple in with the onions and celery.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
I got scared by everyone else's suggestions, so I just seared the staek in the pan first (1 min on each side) and then broiled it until it was done...about 3-4 min on each side. I didn't have brown sugar like I thought, so I put a pinch of regular sugar in with it. It didn't get syrupy, but was still really good! Maybe I'll try this the way the recipe says next time!

World's Best Lasagna

Awesome recipe! I got so many compliments on it, I will def make again. I tweeked it a tiny bit, left out the fennel seeds (cause I hate them!), and soaked the noodles for 30 min instead of boiling them, like other users suggested. So good!
