Buttery Herb Wine Sauce

I've used this recipe for years, I use it because it taste just like the sauce they use at Outback Steak House for their Wallahalla Pasta, very light and delicious, I do not add the egg.

The only thing I did differently was add minced freezed dried onions to the patty mixture, this is a well did recipe! We loved it!

My Favorite Mexican Rice

I made this recipe today* its delicious, the only thing I did different, is I added squash to m ine, it's a great recipe! I didnt add the salt to the dish till after it was done, and I also used no sodium chicken broth..:)

Campbell's Kitchen Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Everyone loves this recipe** only thing i do different is i do not add sour cream to the soup misture, it makes it a salmon pinkish...lol and dosent look to good, it really does not change the flavor of the sause to not add the sourcream. But this is an excellent recipe!!!!! I make it all the time!

Flatlander Chili

I was needing a recipe for chili for my college chili cook off* I wanted to participate badly, I was looking for a chili recipe that looked *spicy* I choose this one, I want you people to know I followed this recipe to the (T) and came in 2nd place for the chili cook off!!!!!!! This is a darn good chilli recipe, I added like 4 thai chili peppers though.. :)

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Ive used this recipe for about two years now, the only difference in mine and this one is I do not use mozarella cheese, I use the cream of chicken soup and a jar of salsa mixed in the soup let it warm up on the stove mix about 2 tsp of taco seasoning mix in the soup, pour over the ENCHILADAS, top with two cups of cheddar cheese. Yum!

I make th is soup once a month and I totally love it, so do the friends I've mad eit for in the past. They say it taste just as good as the Restaurants!!! however* I use 1lb of spicy italian sausage instead of the pork links.
