White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Absolutely fabulous! Took recommendations from other reviews and used tart cherry preserves, crushed Oreos for the crust & melted the chocolate chips in the microwave. I used the cheesecake bath method (from this website) and had no cracks at all, it looked beautiful. A fairly simple process and it turned out amazing! Thanks for the recipe.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

The first batch I made, I added 1/2 cup additional flour as one of the comments indicated...way too dry and crumbly! Ended up fighting with it for a while and throwing some out because it would not stay together. For the 2nd batch, I followed the exact recipe with some additional spices and it was perfect. I guess that teaches me to always try the recipe as is first :) Thanks for a great and tasty gingerbread recipe!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Great and simple recipe! Followed the advice of many others here. Added a chopped onion in the skillet along with the turkey (2.5 lbs). 1 can of black beans, 1 can of chili beans, 2 cans of corn, 1 can of tomatoes, 1 can of tomatoes with chilis and a packet of chili seasoning. Our friends love this, thanks for the recipe!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

I have been making these for the past few years now, and would rate it as one of my favourite cookies ever! I use Rolo's most of the time, with great success, I just suggest putting the cookie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before eating it for that 'just-from-the-oven" taste and melted gooey caramel texture. I recently tried using the caramel filled Hershey's Kisses since we couldn't find Rolo's and I had about 30% of my cookies leak which never happens with the Rolo's. I'll try experimenting with other flavours of chocolates, but I think the Rolo is hard to beat!

Butternut Squash Soup

I have made this soup for the last three Thanksgiving's and is now my staple signature dish! I use 8oz fat free cream cheese, to make it more healthy, and it still tastes wonderfully rich and creamy! Thanks so much for an easy and tasty recipe.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

I work at a GM plant in Ohio, and brought this in and passed it around for Halloween with Nilla Wafers. At least 20 people tried it, and everyone LOVED it! I am passing out requested copies of the recipe this afternoon! Thanks!
