Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2014
I followed the recommendations of others and used strawberry cream cheese and added 1 cup of cool whip. Since I was cutting up fruit, I squeezed some fresh orange juice in as well... YUMMY!! Loved it!!

Cindy's Beef Tips

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Thank you Cindy! Very easy and great flavor! The gravy thickened by itself, no need for cornstarch. After reading reviews I used nearly 2 lbs of meat for a family of 5 and there was still plenty of gravy. My family doesn't care for mushrooms so I left the can of them out. I still used the soup and they never knew! ; )

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
I was a little worried because once I started making these I realized I didn't have cr. of mush. soup. I used a jar of Heinz Pork Gravy instead and mixed that with the milk and they still came out delicious. I did have to thicken up the gravy after the baking time, so I'd recommend less milk or just be ready to use some flour. I did omit the wine as well. Our 2 yr. old ate half a pork chop herself!! Considering how fussy she is, that's saying something! A++++ recipe!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I just got done making this soup, and I am not a cheese soup lover, but this one gets a 5*! Easy to make, I even doubled the recipe. I used the chicken broth, and a box of velveeta.I did leave out the celery and carrots though like others did. I usually make my husband try things like this. I'll make it, but won't eat it! But, this might be the recipe to change that. I tried a teeny spoonful which has lead to a small bowl full. Thanks for the recipe!

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
I had my doubts about the simplicity of this recipe, but don't let it fool you...it is fantastic!! My husband and 3 little girls loved it!! I cut the recipe in half since I only had a 1.2 lb tenderloin. So I used 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. of soy sauce, and 1/4 c of butter. I basted the meat 3 times during the cooking time...5 stars all the way! Next time I'll make a bigger tenderloin for leftovers!!
