German Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2007
I make mine just about the same way except I don't use the baking powder and I sometimes add garlic. True and old fashioned recipe, my Mom used the same one too, so did Grandma.

Pignoli Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2005
I've made the cookies using this recipe and absolutely loved them. They tasted just like the Italian Bakery around the corner and I never knew my husband liked them too now I have to hide them or make double the recipe! Thank you, great job!

Crab Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2004
This is absolutely the best crab dip and so easy to make! Recently my daughter and I went to a well known area resturant that makes crab dip that is out of this world and this comes very, very close to it.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2001
This is one fantastic recipe! I couldn't find my Mom's recipe and my garden zucchini were growing fast. I decided to try this recipe because it looked very similiar and I figured I couldn't go wrong with V. Monte's Moms' recipe. I took the bread to work and it was gone within the hour! I've been teaching my daughter how to cook and bake and she did very well with this one. She is 13yrs old. Its quick, easy and tastes great!

Coconut Ambrosia Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2000
I served this recipe to 27 guests on Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! However, I substituted the 1/2 cup of milk for sour cream! It was great. May 12 year old daughter helped make it and had lots of fun too.

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2000
Hi! I use this same exact recipe and it is quick, simple and easy enough for your kids to do too! Just make sure you don't leave your kids unattended, burns can be quite painful.
