White Chocolate Blondies

Whoa! These are fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly and these turned our wonderfully. A great way to use leftover high quality white chocolate from Christmas. I did let them set overnight before eating as some others recommended. They do strike me as a brownie that needs to set up. Will make again most definitely.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

I have made this dish many times now and my family loves it! It is simple and very tasty. One of the best ways to cook Salmon in my opinion.

Quick Apple Pie Bread

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

I have made this the last two years for my husband's birthday. I use oreo cookies and oreo cookie ice cream. I also buy a can of decorator icing and decorate it. Tastes and looks great!

Amazing Simple Thai Tofu

Not good! It was bland and two peanut buttery. I will not be making this one again and I suggest you don't either. Even curry couldn't help it.

Pumpkin Spice Muffins

I'm eating these as I type! They are delicious! A wonderful, healthy muffin recipe. Even my picky 5 yr old daughter loves them. I made a few alterations. I added 2 tps of pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsps of ginger, and topped them with a cinnamon sugar mix. I didn't have almond so I used vanilla instead. This made 19 muffins so we will have plenty left over for breakfast tomorrow morning. Thanks for posting a great recipe. :)

Mama Bear's Porridge

This recipe is wonderful! I made it this past Saturday for my family and it was gobbled up! Even my somewhat picky 5 yr old liked it. I added some wheat germ for extra nutrition. Next time I will also add some milled flax. I used extra cinnamon and was glad I did although it would have been fine I'm sure with the amount in the recipe. Will make again very soon!

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

I would give this bread NO stars if I could. It did not rise well at all and came out as a hard lump. I followed my machine's instructions as well as the recipe. Horrible bread will never make again!

Very good. Came out moist but yes it was a little bland. However I anticpated that so I used 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 nutmeg. Net time I will add more sugar.

Never Fail Pie Crust II

Pumpkin Gingerbread

So moist and delicious! It was gobbled up in no time. I did what some of the other reviewers had recommended and cut the sugar down to 2 cups and doubled the spices. It was great! Thanks for posting.
